History of the Agreement with the Czech Republic


The Agreement between Australia and the Czech Republic was signed on the 16 September 2009 and commenced operating on 1 July 2011.

The Agreement with the Czech Republic is a formal treaty under international law and is included in the SS(IntAgree)Act as Schedule 27.
