If CA is being claimed for the first time in respect of the child, THEN a report must be provided by the THP (1.1.T.170) verifying the child's disability. If CA is being claimed for a child already qualified BUT the claim is from a new care giver, THEN a report from the THP is unnecessary, unless there is reason to believe the child's medical condition has changed or the child is due for the next age milestone review. |
