1.1.C.110 Claimant decision

Definition

A claimant decision is one that can be reviewed by Centrelink or an ARO under PPLAct section 206, unless the decision was made personally by a PPL agency representative. Any person, other than a person acting in their capacity as an employer, whose interests are affected by a claimant decision can apply for review of the decision.
