1.1.E.30 Enforceable maintenance liability

Definition

An enforceable maintenance liability is a registered maintenance liability that is enforceable by the Child Support Registrar because it is registered for agency collect (1.1.A.50).

A registrable maintenance liability (1.1.R.40) in a private collect (1.1.P.110) arrangement is not enforceable by the Child Support Registrar because it has not been registered for collection under the CSRC Act.
