6.1 Child support agreements

Context

This chapter deals with the basics of child support (1.1.C.60) agreements including the general requirements of agreements, the different types of agreements and the policy and rules that apply to those types.

The chapter also outlines the arrangements that apply to agreements where they existed prior to 1 July 2018 or where an agreement is submitted for acceptance on or after 1 July 2018 (where it is intended for the agreement to cover periods before and after that date).
