4.7 Acceptance period

Summary

When an eligible person decides to accept their offer of redress, they must do so in the approved form (1.1.A.60) before the end of the acceptance period (6 months from the date of the offer). The Operator may extend the acceptance period in exceptional circumstances. If the person does not accept the offer of redress before the end of their acceptance period, the offer will be taken to be declined.
