1.1.T.137 Training activity (DSP)

Definition: 15 hour rule

This definition applies to people subject to the 15 hour rule for DSP qualification (3.6.1.12).

For the purposes of DSP, a training activity includes:

  • education
  • pre-vocational training
  • vocational training
  • vocational rehabilitation, and/or
  • work related training (including on-the-job training).

Training also includes activities specifically designed for people with disabilities. In most cases this will be provided through DES or CDP (former RJCP).
