4.3.6.15 Instalments relating to certain flexible PPL days

Introduction

Centrelink must pay an instalment (1.1.I.80) that is payable to a person for any day that is a flexible PPL day that does not fall within the person’s continuous flexible period (1.1.C.145) that is mentioned in the employer notice (1.1.E.85) relating to the employer determination (1.1.E.60) made for the person and the person's employer.

The person's employer must pay an instalment to the person for any flexible PPL days that fall within the person's continuous flexible period for the child.
