This definition applies to CrP - extreme circumstances (other).

Definition

For the purposes of CrP, home invasion is a crime whereby the offender enters a property and directs violence toward the occupants. There may or may not be a theft of property involved. The violence may not necessarily be physical but may include threats, verbal abuse and intimidation.
