3.6.6.70 Supplementary benefits & assistance for MOB recipients

HCC

MOB recipients are automatically issued a HCC if they do not receive DSP. The card is not income or asset tested, and recipients qualify for the card as long as they remain qualified for MOB.

Note: Recipients who are cancelled off MOB due to agreeing to an NDIS program of support are entitled to retain their HCC.
