Steps for scoring ACL Domain C - Functional Abilities - Mobility Subdomain C(3):

  • Calculate raw scores for questions 32 to 38 in Subdomain C(3) using the table Domain C - Functional Abilities - Mobility Subdomain C(3).
  • Calculate the appropriate age adjusted score for each question:
    • locate the score for the appropriate age category using the age adjustment table at step 13,
    • divide the raw score by the score from the age adjustment table.
  • Round all answers to 2 decimal points.
  • Add the age adjusted scores from questions 32 to 38 to deliver the Functional Abilities - Mobility Subdomain C(3) total score.
  • The total score is carried over to step 11.
