3.6.12.150 DCLAD (Child) ACL questionnaire scoring step 13 - care load score for domain C - functional abilities

Summary

Steps are:

Calculate the care load score for domain C functional abilities, by using the total score for domain C as derived at step 12 and locate it within an applicable score range in column 1 of the following table.
The care load score is the corresponding conversion score.
The care load score for domain C - functional abilities is carried over to step 18.
If the total score for domain C is zero, the care load score is zero.
