3.6.12.50 DCLAD (Child) ACL questionnaire scoring step 3 - care load score for domain A

Summary

Adjusting the raw scores for the ACL domain A:

  • Calculate a care load score for domain A - behaviour by locating the score range in column 1 of the conversion table into which the total score fits.
  • The care load score is the corresponding conversion score.
  • The care load score for domain A is carried over to step 18.

Note: A total score of 0 to 4 attracts a care load score of 0.
