A job search allowance (JSA) recipient whose incapacity end date exceeds the recipient's JSA end date may be posted a newstart allowance (NSA) claim form by the CES. The recipient will be eligible for NSA provided the NSA claim is lodged and the recipient is willing to enter into a Newstart Activity Agreement once the incapacity end date has expired.
