2.9 Making & amending child support assessments

Introduction

This chapter describes the procedural rules for making assessments and notes the information required in a notice of assessment. It also describes when the Registrar will amend an assessment.

This chapter also describes how an assessment creates a liability to pay child support and when those amounts are payable.

WA ex-nuptial cases

All of the information in this chapter applies to WA ex-nuptial children.
