Introduction

This chapter describes the offence provisions contained in the child support legislation. It does not deal with offences under the Crimes Act 1914 and the Criminal Code Act 1995 (e.g. forgery).

The information in this chapter applies to WA ex-nuptial children. See 1.4 for more details regarding when provisions apply for WA ex-nuptial cases.
