1.1.D.65 Dependant (HCC)

Definition

For the purposes of an automatic issue HCC (except the FTB Part A HCC), a dependant is:

of the cardholder.

For the purposes of an FTB Part A HCC or a LIC, a dependant is:

  • the partner
  • a dependent child, or
  • a regular care child

of the cardholder.
