1.1.M.90 Medical condition (DSP, JSP, CP, CA, partial capacity to work)

Definition

For the purposes of DSP, JSP, CP, CA and determining partial capacity to work, a medical condition is the abnormal functioning of an organ or body system. A medical condition does not necessarily result in a change in functional capacity (1.1.F.270).
