1.1.C.335 Continuous full-time service

Definition

For the purposes of the income test exemption for Defence Force Reserve payments outlined in the SSAct section 8(8)(w), 'continuous full-time service means service outlined in the Military Forces of the Commonwealth of the kind known as continuous full-time service'.
