1.1.S.200 Social security entitlement

Usage

Social security entitlements are those payments for which an advance payment may be payable and/or from which an advance may be recovered.

The following payments are social security entitlements for the purpose of qualifying for and recovering advance payments:

  • jobseeker payment
  • youth allowance
  • austudy payment
  • age pension
  • parenting payment
  • disability support pension
  • carer payment.
