1.1.S.390 Substantially more care & attention (HCC only CA (child))

Definition

For the purposes of a HCC only CA (child), 'substantially more care and attention' means that a child needs, on a daily basis, a level of care and attention that is substantially more than that needed by a child of the same age who does not have a physical, intellectual or psychiatric disability (1.1.D.160). This is assessed by using the 14 hours rule for HCC only CA (child) (1.1.F.170).
