1.1.S.42 Saved compensation affected payment

Definition

An SCAP is a social security pension, benefit or allowance which was granted before that payment type became a CAP (1.1.C.250) under SSAct Part 3.14.

If a payment is an SCAP then the recipient, and in certain circumstances the recipient's partner, is not affected by SSAct Part 3.14.
