1.1.S.400 Sub-tenant in public housing (RA)

Definition

For the purposes of RA, a sub-tenant in public housing is a person who leases accommodation in an SHA house or flat/apartment from the primary tenant (1.1.P.400). The sub-tenant does not have a rental contract, tenancy agreement or lease with an SHA.
