1.1.S.330 State or territory payment (YA)

Definition

For the purposes of independent status (person in state care) YA, a state or territory payment is one that is made:

  • by a state or territory law to, or for, a person for their upkeep (1.1.U.60)
  • under a state or territory law or a non-statutory scheme administered by a state or territory government.
